Merrychef oven cleaner - Your Merrychef oven should be cleaned every day to maintain and keep it running smoothly. Our specially formulated cleaner is nonabrasive and if used regularly, will quickly cut through any grease or food debris built up on your Merrychef oven. After cleaning we recommend you thinly coat your oven with the Merrychef oven protector to provide a barrier against further build-up of grease and make regular cleaning quicker and easier.

Suma Break up D3.5 is a concentrated liquid degreaser for cleaning of heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen. Suma Break up D3.5 is an alkaline liquid detergent suitable for manual cleaning of all heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen, like floors, walls, equipment, cooker hoods, and cooker tops. It is an optimal product for wetting surfaces and effective removal of all kinds of grease and dried-on food. The formulation is balanced in such a way that the product is safe for use on aluminum surfaces. Suma Break up 3.5 is especially suitable for cleaning floors either manually with a mop system or with low-pressure spray equipment.

Suma Nova Pur-Eco L6 is a concentrated liquid detergent for mechanical ware washing. It provides excellent soil removal in hard water conditions. Suma Nova Pur-Eco L6 is a heavy duty alkaline liquid detergent suitable for use in single and multi-tank ware washing machines. It contains a blend of alkali and scale control agents that remove fats and dried-on foods. The high level of powerful scale control agents also prevents scaling in hard water conditions. Quickly removes grease and dried-on food. Prevents scaling of the dish wash machine even in medium to hard water conditions. Very effective due to highly concentrated formulation. EU Ecolabel (EU-flower) certified. Reduced impact on aquatic ecosystems. Limited hazardous substances. Performance tested.
